Let School Begin!
I can hardly believe that the summer is over. UT students have been in classes since last Wednesday and Pellissippi's classes began today. I am excited about classes beginning! After today I dropped my photography class which dropped me down to 16 hours, which will definitely be more manageable.
Friday night Reuben and I met up with some friends to "rap up" the summer (hehehe) by attending a concert featuring Curtis Allen (a.k.a. Voice). VFC was featuring him and another local band called Dishwater Blonde. I still can't say I love rap, but it was fun to go to the concert. "When I say LET'S, you say GO!" (Curtis) I think Reuben enjoyed it a lot because he was up front jumping up and down with Marko Priestley...it was so funny.
Oh, this afternoon when I came home from school Mom was giving James a much needed haircut. I thought it was so cute when he said, "Sarah! Mom is mowing my haaiirrr!!!" I can't believe our baby will be four in a couple of months, where does the time go?
Also, if ya'll would remember my grandmother in prayer...we just found out that she has breast cancer. I think the doctor said it wasn't the fast growing kind. My uncle Nathan is driving up from Texas to be with her and my grandad. We went up to the farm yesterday to hang out with them. They are so much fun! I don't want to worry because I know that our times are in God's hands, but this is definitely another area that is a struggle to trust God with as I have already lost a grandmother to cancer. Anyway, just please pray for her because I know she worries about the thought of leaving my grandaddy on the farm. She really takes care of him!
I need to read some history before I head to bed. Night.
